Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Payroll role located in Oakland, CA. The HR Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, ensure compliance with employment laws, and oversee employee benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, and managing personnel records to ensure smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices
• Experience with HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and compliance requirements
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in payroll software and relevant HR technologies
• Prior experience or educational background in Human Resources or a related field
