About the Role
We're looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist for AL Homes to own and execute our digital marketing efforts across email, social media and integrated campaigns. You'll be the connective tissue between our brand, content, and growth goals — turning strategy into measurable results. What You'll Do
Email Marketing
- Plan, build, and send email campaigns including newsletters, nurture sequences, promotions, and lifecycle flows
- Manage list segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Optimize subject lines, copy, and CTAs to improve open, click, and conversion rates
- Maintain and improve automated workflows in our ESP (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Marketo)
Social Media
- Develop and execute the content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Write platform-native copy, coordinate creative assets, and schedule posts
- Engage with the community, respond to comments and DMs, and monitor brand mentions
- Track performance and report on reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
Campaigns
- Plan and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept through reporting
- Coordinate with design, content, sales, and product teams to launch on time and on brand
- Set up tracking (UTMs, conversion events, attribution) and analyze campaign performance
- Translate results into clear recommendations for the next iteration
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across email, social and campaign management
- Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for adapting voice to channel and audience
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc
- Working knowledge of a CMS (WordPress) and basic design tools (Canva, Figma)
- Comfort with data: pulling reports, spotting trends, and turning numbers into decisions
- Project management chops. You can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience
