Founding Designer

You'll be the first designer at Stilta. We believe design is more important than ever - especially when you're building AI that professionals stake their reputation on. This is a high-ownership, end-to-end role. Product design, brand identity, website, marketing surfaces - all of it is yours. The current product was built by engineers. It works. Your job is to make it feel like it was built for the people using it.

What You Will Do

• Define how AI-generated patent analysis looks, feels, and earns trust - a design problem nobody has solved well yet
• Own the entire design surface: product, brand, website, marketing
• Build out the design system and visual language from scratch
• Create assets for social media, investor materials, and marketing

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in product design, with strong visual/brand sensibility
• Eye for the small details most people don't notice
• Enjoy being part of a fast-moving environment where you don't have months to iterate
• Portfolio that shows range: product UI, brand, and everything in between
• Plus if you use AI tools as part of how you work
