EHS Advisor – Carlow | Permanent | On-site

What You Need to Know:

Matrix Recruitment is recruiting for an EHS Advisor on behalf of our client in Carlow. This is a permanent, fully on-site role supporting a strong safety culture across manufacturing operations.

Your New Job:

As EHS Advisor, you’ll work closely with the EHS Manager and production teams to promote a positive safety culture across manufacturing sites. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering safety initiatives every day.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and encourage a proactive EHS culture on site
• Develop and implement robust safety plans
• Maintain and update EHS documentation and reports
• Prepare clear accident and incident reports, highlighting issues and solutions
• Take part in site audits and follow-up actions

Requirements:

• Level 7 or higher qualification in Health and Safety
• 2+ years’ experience in an EHS role
• Experience in manufacturing with on-the-ground visibility
• Working knowledge of Irish industry standards and regulations
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
