We're Hiring: Mid-Term & Long-Term Rental Property Manager
Are you an experienced property management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep both landlords and tenants happy? We want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing tenant relationships, communications, and lease agreements
- Coordinating property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Screening and on-boarding new tenants
- Handling rent collection, arrears follow-up, and financial reporting
- Ensuring properties are compliant with local rental regulations
- Liaising with property owners and providing regular performance updates
- Managing listings across platforms and minimising vacancy periods
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in property management (MTR/LTR preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with property management tools (Buildium, AppFolio, or similar)
- Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritise effectively
- Problem-solver with a tenant-first mindset
- Experience with lease agreements and tenancy laws is a plus
