What You'll Be Doing:

• Prospecting and generating new leads through outbound and inbound channels
• Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Updating and managing the CRM pipeline accurately
• Collaborating with the team to refine pitches and strategies

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
• Real Estate experience is an advantage
