Tasks

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for local market to achieve business targets.

  • Support distributors in sales planning, performance monitoring, and network expansion.

  • Design and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales skills, compensation plan, and business building.

  • Create training materials, presentations, and digital content aligned with company standards.

  • Build strong relationships with distributors, leaders, and key partners.

  • Organize field visits, leadership meetings, workshops, and online training sessions.

  • Plan and coordinate sales events, seminars, and team-building activities across relevant markets.

  • Ensure high-quality execution of training events both online and offline.

  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and HQ teams to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Provide market feedback for product, training, and promotional improvements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, training, or distributor management — Direct-Selling/Network Marketing experience required.

  • Strong presentation, public speaking, and coaching skills.

  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and support distributors in a performance-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication in local Language and English.

  • Proficient in digital training platforms (Zoom, Teams), Microsoft Office, and basic marketing tools.

  • Willingness to travel for events, distributor meetings, and training workshops.
