We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing sophisticated B2B outbound campaigns to identify and engage high-value prospects for our AI and software solutions.
This isn’t traditional cold calling, it’s strategic, intelligence-driven prospecting. You will take a consultancy-driven approach to develop multi-layered prospect profiles that reveal not only who our ideal customers are, but also when they are most likely to need our solutions.
Your day to day will include:
- Building and executing targeted outbound campaigns, creating prospect lists by cross-referencing multiple data sources
- Setting up and managing multi-channel outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Maintaining CRM records and campaign tracking in HubSpot, integrating data from multiple providers and APIs
- Qualifying leads, documenting buying signals and trigger events, and scoring prospects based on fit and intent
- Running A/B tests on messaging and outreach sequences, tracking performance and implementing improvements
- Operating AI agents and automation workflows to scale research and qualification processes
- Configuring Clay workflows for data enrichment and executing LinkedIn or email outreach campaigns using HeyReach or similar tools
- 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, sales development, or demand generation, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful outbound campaigns
- Strong experience with LinkedIn and email automation tools (such as HeyReach, Smartlead, or similar platforms)
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, including workflow automation and pipeline management
- A strategic, consultancy-driven mindset, with the ability to build smart qualification frameworks and uncover non-obvious buying signals
- Experience in software development or digital consulting is a plus; a genuine interest in technology is essential
- A self-motivated professional capable of working independently while managing complex, multi-channel campaigns
- A data-driven approach, with strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and refinement
- Expert-level proficiency with Clay or similar data enrichment platforms for building sophisticated prospect intelligence is a plus
