Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex data programs across Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Analytics domains. You will act as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes — bridging business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and technology leadership to drive successful delivery at scale.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of BI/DW, Data Warehousing, and Data Analytics engagements from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope outcomes.
• Serve as the primary client-facing escalation point, managing stakeholder expectations, resolving risks, and maintaining executive-level relationships.
• Drive delivery governance across multiple concurrent data management and data governance programs, enforcing standards, quality gates, and reporting cadences.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, and BI developers to plan sprints, manage dependencies, and unblock delivery teams.
• Lead discovery, estimation, and proposal activities for new Business Intelligence and data platform engagements.
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics across active projects; provide transparent reporting to senior leadership and clients.
• Champion Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies tailored to data project complexity and client maturity.
• Mentor junior project managers and delivery leads within the data practice.

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years managing data-centric engagements (BI, DWH, Data Analytics, or Data Platform programs).
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Data Warehousing (DWH) and Business Intelligence projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience managing programs involving tools such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Redshift, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks — data lineage, data quality, metadata management, and compliance (GDPR/DPDP).
• Proficiency in delivery methodologies: Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with risk management, change control, and contract management in a consulting or managed services environment.
