Role Purpose & Success Outcomes
Purpose: Drive successful ERP solution adoption by aligning client needs with tailored Odoo-based proposals that support deal closure and long-term client value.
- Solutions accurately reflect client business requirements and meet agreed functional expectations
- Product demonstrations and presentations effectively communicate value and drive client engagement
- Proposed architectures are feasible, aligned with technical constraints, and accepted by internal teams
- Sales cycles are supported with high-quality proposals, contributing to successful deal conversion
- Partner with Sales to understand client requirements and business objectives
- Conduct discovery sessions to scope solutions and define system needs
- Design high-level ERP solutions and system architectures based on Odoo
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client use cases
- Support proposal development, including quotations and statements of work (SOW)
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with structured and relevant solution inputs
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to validate solution feasibility
- Support Sales in positioning solutions to drive deal closure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or a related field
- Certifications in ERP systems or solution consulting are advantageous (nice-to-have)
- 3–5+ years of experience in PreSales, Solution Consulting, or ERP consulting
- Proven experience supporting sales cycles through solution positioning and client engagement
- Experience working with ERP systems; exposure to Odoo is preferred
- Strong ability to design high-level system solutions and architecture
- Proficiency in delivering product demos and presentations to business stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Familiarity with proposal documentation (SOWs, quotations, RFP responses)
- Advanced proficiency in English (writing, speaking, reading, listening)
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and business process workflows
- Knowledge of solution consulting and pre-sales methodologies
- Understanding of client-facing solution design and delivery processes
- Client-focused, with a strong emphasis on solution quality and relevance
- Collaborative across commercial and technical teams
- Structured and detail-oriented in solution design and communication
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
