Job Description

• Be proactive in ensuring golfers and in position at the first tee for their tee time and playing without delay
• Understand and comply with the standard operation procedure of starter position provided and trained by the company;
• Ensure the groups in front are clear before the next group tee off.
• Know golf rules well and etiquette on the golf course. Ensure that the golfers follow the club’s rules and etiquettes;
• Provide golfers with information related to the course conditions or rules of the day.
• Ensure all golfers conform to the club’s dress code policy
• Ensure all golfers have paid the appropriate fees before starting their game
• Proactively monitor the tee sheet to ensure tee time availability is maximized.
• Ensures that the golfers follow the club rules relating to play on the course
• Making rain check report for customers when management make decision close the course rain check and agreement form for the child playing gold under 12 years old correctly and ensure customers signed
• Arrangement golf carts at the tee box while many groups at the tee , keep contact with Marshall and mention about the slow groups
• To approach any person on the golf course who does not have the right to be there and escort them in the clubhouse or off the premises
• Stay in regular communication with the Marshall and golf operations team to ensure the smooth running of the daily tee sheet.
• Doing the daily report correctly end of the day and send to the management before finishing the shilf ih the afternoon and monthly report early next month
• Handover for next shift with full information.
• Participate in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broaden the scope of the company’s operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community;
• Perform side work duties as assigned;
• Keep yourself well-groomed, clean and tidy at all times;
• Keep supervision informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results including guest complaints;
• Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

Job Requirement

• Good customer service skills.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Good speak English skill.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Previous golf club experience an advantage.
