We are looking for a creative powerhouse to join our Bristol studio, leading high-profile commercial and private sector projects across the UK.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role within a growing, diverse team. You will be the driving force behind complex standalone commissions and large-scale multi-disciplinary projects, with a specific focus on Commercial Repositioning and Reuse.
Working alongside our Head of Interior Design and Private Sector leaders, you will:
- Lead & Deliver: Manage projects from initial concept to final handover, ensuring design narratives are translated into flawless technical packages
- Win Work: Use your pitching prowess to secure new commissions and expand our commercial footprint
- Innovate: Apply deep knowledge of sustainability and circular principles to deliver future-proofed spaces
- Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, managing relationships with commercial acumen
- Mentor: Inspire and grow the next generation of design talent within the studio
- The Experience: 8-10 years post-qualification experience (Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture)
- The Track Record: A portfolio showcasing excellence in the commercial/private sector, particularly in "Reposition and Reuse."
- The Edge: Strong work-winning skills and the ability to pitch compelling design stories to high-level stakeholders
- The Mindset: A collaborative, proactive approach to multi-disciplinary working and a passion for achieving ambitious sustainability targets
- The Appetite: For producing Revit technical information in conjunction with AI generative tools to create credible and buildable design solutions.
