About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Institutional Distribution to own capital raising for SCRYPT's Discretionary Investment business - bringing institutional capital from family offices, private banks, wealth intermediaries, and asset managers into our regulated digital asset strategies. This is a distribution role, not a marketing role. The job is to put SCRYPT's investment products into the hands of the institutional capital pools that move real allocations.
Reports to the Head of Asset Management.
The Bar

Key responsibilities
- Own institutional capital raising - family offices, private banks, multi-family offices, EAMs, wealth intermediaries, fund-of-funds
- Build and convert the institutional investor pipeline across Switzerland, UK, and EU
- Lead investor meetings, manage diligence processes, and close mandates
- Partner with the Head of Asset Management on product-market fit, capacity, and strategy positioning
- Run roadshows, attend institutional capital allocator events, represent SCRYPT in front of investment committees
- Own investor reporting and ongoing relationship management for committed mandates
- Build a small distribution team as AUM scales
Job requirements
Experience
8–15 years in institutional capital raising, asset management distribution, or wealth intermediary sales. Has personally closed institutional mandates of CHF 10M+
Network
Existing, active relationships with institutional allocators across Switzerland, UK, and Europe, with networks extending into the Middle East and Asia considered a plus. Family offices, private banks, EAMs, fund-of-funds.
Domain
Comfortable selling alternatives or digital asset strategies to sophisticated allocators. Understands diligence cycles, mandate structuring, and institutional investor expectations
Background shape
Institutional asset management distribution, wealth intermediary sales, or institutional crypto distribution
Languages
Fluent English required. French or German a strong plus
