Batch Team Member

We are looking for positive candidates that are dependable, detail oriented, selfmotivated, show initiative, have the ability to work in a team environment and maintain a level of integrity that aligns with Lorin’s Vision, Mission and Core Values, to join our batch anodizing team as Line Operators and Line Attendants.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of our batch anodizing line
• Operate overhead crane through process line and understanding the operation of all tank procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation such as daily tracking and process logs.
• Load/Unload customer parts onto racks.
• Visually inspect customer parts prior to loading and after processing for damage and quality.
• Understand customer’s requirements, inspect and package customer product to meet required production assignments.
• Produce products to Lorin’s quality specifications.

Required Skills and Job Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret and comply with company documents such as: safety rules, work policies and procedures with extreme accuracy.
• Required to comply with all Safety and Environmental policies and procedures including the use of proper PPE.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, twist, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms for extended periods of time.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
