Real Estate Loan Processor

Achieve Capital Partners is seeking a Loan Processor / Closer to own processing, closing, and operational buildout for a growing hard money and bridge lending platform.

This Role Will

This is a hands-on operator role focused on executing loan files from post-underwriting through closing while building the systems and processes behind it. The Loan Processor / Closer will act as the central coordinator across borrowers, title, and internal team members, and will play a critical role in scaling the platform from $20M to $50M+ in originations.

This role is not a traditional processor position. It requires someone who can operate in a fast-moving environment and help build out the structure.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing & File Ownership

• Own loan files from post-underwriting approval through closing

• Collect, review, and validate borrower documentation (financials, entity docs, insurance, etc.)

• Clear conditions and ensure files meet internal and non-QM lending standards

• Maintain accuracy while moving files efficiently toward closing

Closing Coordination

• Manage the full closing process from clear-to-close through funding

• Coordinate with title companies, escrow, and borrowers

• Review settlement statements (CD/HUD) and closing packages

• Drive timelines and ensure on-time closings

• Act as the central point of contact for all closing-related communication

Pipeline Management & Execution

• Track and manage all active files to prevent delays or stalls

• Proactively follow up with all parties to keep deals moving

• Identify and resolve issues before they impact closing timelines

• Provide clear, consistent status updates to leadership

Process Ownership & Buildout (Critical)

• Create and implement SOPs, checklists, and workflows for processing and closing

• Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve them

• Help establish a scalable operational infrastructure as volume grows

• Balance speed and structure in a growth-stage environment

Team Coordination

• Partner with underwriting (Analyst) to move deals efficiently

• Help guide and leverage a Transaction Coordinator for document collection

• Contribute to overall team accountability and execution standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in loan processing and/or closing

• Direct experience with non-QM, DSCR, bridge, or hard money loans

• Strong understanding of title, escrow, and closing processes

• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills
