Team Leader, Perth Airport

Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Team Leaders to join our team at Perth Airport, working across our vibrant bars, cafes and restaurants. As a Team Leader, you will oversee our food and beverage team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality offerings that enhance the guest experience. We’re seeking collaborative and motivated hospitality leaders who excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Available to work afternoon, evening & night late shifts, as well as mornings if required.

• Lead, inspire, train and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
• Provide hands-on service, showcasing your barista and bartending skills across bar and dining areas
• Ensure all service areas are set up, maintained and guest-ready at all times
• Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
• Drive sales by leading upselling strategies and executing promotional initiatives
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

• Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
• Approved Manager Card
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate, or willing to obtain
• Skilled in bar operations, including barista preparation experience
• Well versed in coffee making or with barista experience
• Available to work afternoon,evening & night late shifts, as well as mornings if required, across a 7-day rotating roster.
