Business Transformation Manager

We are looking for a high impact transformation leader ready to turn strategy into reality.

Our client - MB Energy, you will sit at the heart of the business, translating strategic ambition into real, measurable change across Marketing and Supply, Optimization and Infrastructure.

What you will do:

• Turn strategic blueprints into actionable transformation programmes

• Drive operational excellence across complex, cross functional environments

• Lead large scale change initiatives from concept through to delivery

• Act as the connector between leadership vision and on the ground execution

Who we are looking for:

• A proven transformation leader with a track record of delivering real change

• A hands on operator who drives execution, not just design

• Someone who thrives in complexity and brings clarity to ambiguity

• A strong communicator who can influence at all levels

• Fluent in English, with German strongly preferred but not essential

Location: Hamburg, open to candidates across Europe willing to relocate
