We currently have a fixed term opportunity for up to 18 months, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.


The Role

  • Partner with business areas to deliver HR strategies that support their goals.
  • Provide practical advice to managers and employees on performance, attendance, redeployment, grievances and behaviour.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters with a focus on fairness, compliance and timely outcomes.
  • Guide senior leaders on employee and industrial relations issues while building manager capability.
  • Support leaders through change, team development and culture initiatives that reflect departmental values.
  • Shape workforce planning strategies that strengthen attraction, retention and development.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects, programs, policies and initiatives that deliver real impact.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders across the department.
