About The Team

Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated person as an QM Engineer. This is your opportunity to be closely involved in the challenging manufacturing of Engine Parts, implementing and monitor production quality standards and quality tests for the Engine Parts. Your Tasks

  • Monitor and supervise quality measurements for additive manufacturing (AM) parts.
  • Oversee the quality of manufacturing processes.
  • Write and review quality documentation.
  • Implement new quality standards as per the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS).
  • Ensure the maintenance, calibration, and safety compliance of measuring instruments and test benches.
  • Coordinate the efforts of interns.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of your own work.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards in metal additive manufacturing and high personal quality standards.
  • Experience in print parameter development is advantageous.
  • Self-initiative and strong communication skills.
  • Good understanding of aerospace industry practices.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • German language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Result-oriented and structured approach to work.
