This is an early-stage role for someone who wants direct economics and control over outcomes, not a salary and a quota theater routine.
Role:
+ Full-cycle sales of RepIntel™ to independent pharmacies and medical sales professionals (including upsell into Enterprise).
+ Learn the product quickly and explain it without scripts; you'll actually be using it as your CRM.
+ Run your own deals end-to-end and own the resulting accounts
Background:
+ Medical sales or B2B SaaS preferred
+ Comfortable selling software
+ Self-directed closer who doesn’t need supervision
Compensation:
+ No salary
+ Equity + commissions + residuals + overrides
+ Build a book of business and continue getting paid on it
Commission Schedule:
+ 20% of first-month revenue
+ 5% of revenue in months 2-5
+ 10% of revenue in month 6
+ 5% of revenue in months 7-11
+ 20% of revenue in month 12
+ Multiyear residuals negotiated in good faith
+ 5% override on revenue generated by your downline
Logistics:
+ Flexible hours
+ No micromanagement
+ NYC preferred
+ Remote considered
+ You don't need to quit your 9-5; both founders are moonlighters pivoting into a new problem space.
