Senior Software Engineer

The Role

• Lead and take responsibility within an interdisciplinary team, developing high-quality software solutions.
• Co-design and implement complex software projects with clients.
• Actively participate in agile software development processes (Daily Scrums, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Shape and iteratively implement long-lasting software architectures.
• Utilize DevOps methodologies to deliver value quickly and gather feedback.
• Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues.

What You'll Need

• Several years of practical experience in software development.
• Strong German and English skills (minimum C1 level) for clear communication.
• Broad understanding of technology and concepts, with an interest in current developments.
• A commitment to high quality, including unit tests, code reviews, clean code, and modular architectures.
• Openness to "AI for Software Engineering" and eagerness to use tools like Claude Code, Open Code, and GitHub CoPilot.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
