About The Role
Based at Mornington Island Health Service, this role provides high‑quality administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth delivery of healthcare services for the local community.
You'll be part of a small, dedicated team supporting outpatient, emergency, chronic disease and outreach services, while contributing to patient safety, quality improvement and culturally responsive care.
- Provide efficient administrative support to clinicians and patients, including appointments, referrals, patient travel and telehealth bookings
- Deliver professional and welcoming reception services, acting as the first point of contact for clients, staff and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, produce statistical data and support effective information and records management systems

- C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
- This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
