What You'll Do
- Be the friendly voice and main point of contact for travelers via phone, email, and chat;
- Manage inquiries, bookings, itinerary changes, and payments with care and accuracy;
- Suggest travel destinations, dates, and options tailored to each client's needs;
- Coordinate with cruise lines and other partners to keep travelers informed;
- Use booking software to organize and manage travel plans;
- Quickly solve problems and update clients on any travel changes.
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher);
- A positive, customer-focused mindset;
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications;
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory;
- A team player who enjoys solving problems creatively;
- Great attention to detail.
