Investor Relations Associate

Our client, a growing alternative asset manager, is hiring an Investor Relations Associate in Greenwich, CT. This fully in-office role offers $115k–$130k/year + bonus, excellent benefits including fully paid healthcare and retirement plans, and strong long-term growth within a lean, high-performing team. In this role, you will support investor relations, fundraising, and client service efforts, assisting with presentations, investor materials, CRM management, market research, and client communications while partnering closely with investment and operations teams.

We’re targeting professionals with 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, client service, capital formation, investment banking, or asset management, ideally within hedge funds or alternative investments. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
