The Opportunity

This is not a typical marketing role. This is a front-line, relationship-driven, revenue-generating position for someone who:

You will be the face of Paul Davis in the community, building relationships with key referral partners.

Territory

Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties

What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue Through Relationships

  • Build and own a book of referral partners
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships that generate consistent work

Be In The Field

  • Execute a high-volume schedule of in-person visits
  • Attend networking events and community events

Create Momentum

  • Plan and execute marketing and outreach campaigns
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline and activity

Own Your Results

  • Track leads and referrals
  • Continuously improve performance

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong referral network
  • Consistent lead flow
  • High market visibility
  • Measurable revenue contribution

Who You Are

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in sales or business development
  • Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a plus
  • CRM and communication skills
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
