Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Assistant based in Battersea. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for processing invoices, assisting with accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and strong numerical skills to ensure accurate records and support the company’s finance operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Accounting skills, with experience in managing financial records and supporting day-to-day financial operations.
• Proficiency in Invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and interpreting financial data.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred.
• Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar finance or accounts role is an advantage.
