The Tampa Bay Rowdies are seeking an individual to join our Ticket Sales team. This position will focus on revenue generation, and is responsible for selling new business, upselling existing accounts, creating new ideas to increase sales, and performing basic office functions.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Solicit new and existing business for season memberships, group sales, premium and business packages.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining all clients’ tickets and information.
- Provide exceptional service to new season membership accounts, maintaining a great relationship with clients.
- Represent the Rowdies at various events and in-game sales tables.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Be able to work Rowdies regular season games and events, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Compensation is hourly plus additional commission, wages and benefits.
- 4-year degree required
- Strong work ethic, organization, and desire to build a career in professional sports sales
- Minimum 1 year ticket sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and within the organization.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve aggressive sales goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as the ability to learn software programs including SalesLoft and Tickets.com.
