As an Accounting Software Support Specialist, you help our clients use their management and accounting software. You are their first point of contact when they have a question or encounter a difficulty.
On a Daily Basis, You
- answer client questions primarily by phone and remotely;
- analyze their requests and identify appropriate solutions;
- help users better understand their accounting and management software;
- diagnose problems and assist clients in resolving them;
- collaborate with internal teams to handle more complex requests.

You have a degree in accounting, management information systems, or a similar field.
You
- speak French and are comfortable interacting with clients;
- have some knowledge of Dutch or are eager to use it in a professional context (this is a significant asset);
