Position Overview

As a Full-Time Client Delivery Specialist at HiPER Solutions, you’ll play a lead role in ensuring an exceptional client experience while delivering our product, The HiPER Playbook. Working closely with the Client Delivery Team, you’ll help lead client interactions and strategic relationship management. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and manage entry level colleagues in Client Delivery. This is a growth-oriented role that offers leadership in client-facing experiences and opportunities to develop account ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Success

• Develop strong rapport with leaders, team members & stakeholders.
• Lead client interactions and meetings, including delivering reports and insights from The HiPER Playbook.
• Translate data into clear business implications and inspire clients to action insights, resulting in successful outcomes.
• Own client communication in relation to product deliverables and data informed insights.
• Provide data and insights from client interactions to inform client journey maps and overall client success, in partnership with Account Owner.

Lead Generation

• Identify additional opportunities for renewal and expansion within current accounts.

Learning & Development

• Train associates to identify opportunities to apply The HiPER Playbook.
• Up-skill associates and assist with ongoing training.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a client facing role or similar.
• 1-2 years of management or mentor experience.

While HiPER Solutions is a remote company, this role requires travel to clients approximately once per month (typically in the Sacramento area).
