About WealthMeUp

WealthMeUp is embedded investing infrastructure for e-commerce.

We help merchants replace margin-eroding discounts with Wealthback contributions that give customers long-term value, while protecting profitability for the brand. We are building the commercial infrastructure to scale distribution and convert pipeline into repeatable revenue.


This role will be our first commercial leader and a true partner to the founding team, helping lay the foundation for the entire go-to-market organization.


The Role

Build and scale our commercial engine through agency partnerships, enterprise sales, and strategic platform integrations. You'll also help create the operational systems that make growth predictable and repeatable.

You bring proven relationships in e-commerce and know how to turn those relationships into revenue and distribution channels.


What You will Own

Agency-led Distribution

  • Recruit and activate agency partners (Shopify Plus, retention, CRO agencies)
  • Build partner enablement and referral economics
  • Turn agencies into consistent pipeline generators

Enterprise & Strategic Partnerships

  • Close enterprise and mid-market DTC brands
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Build partnerships with platforms and ecosystem players

Commercial Operations

  • Design GTM infrastructure: pipeline, CRM, forecasting, reporting
  • Create repeatable sales processes and playbooks
  • Help define hiring needs as we build out the sales organization


What we are looking for:

  • 7-15 years in partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership in e-commerce/SaaS/fintech
  • Proven track record building agency partner programs that generated >$XM in revenue
  • Strong existing relationships with DTC brands, agencies, and platform partners (Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales
  • Deep understanding of DTC unit economics (CAC, LTV, retention, margins)
  • Builder mentality


Compensation

  • Competitive combination of base salary, commission, and meaningful equity. Flexible based on experience and structure (full-time vs contract-to-hire).
