We’re hiring a motivated Entry Level Marketing Specialist to support in-store marketing campaigns and drive sales performance. This is a customer-facing, entry-level role with paid training and opportunities for growth.
**This position is completely on-site, and in person role at our office in Hartford, CT**
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers and promote products, services, and offers
- Support retail marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
- Communicate product benefits clearly and confidently
- Assist with the sales process and customer experience
- Work with the team to meet performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and retail
- Positive, goal-driven attitude
- Retail or sales experience is a plus, not required
