Position Overview


We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of product execution and customer-facing product activities, especially with enterprise clients. This role goes beyond traditional product management. You will act as a bridge between product, customers, and go-to-market, helping shape the product while also ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and expansion across enterprise accounts. You will work closely with the founders, engineering, and commercial teams, and play a key role in customer conversations, product positioning, and solution design.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and drive execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous post-launch improvement.
  • Lead customer-facing product interactions, including enterprise calls, demos, onboarding sessions, and follow-ups.
  • Act as a trusted product counterpart for enterprise clients, translating their requirements into actionable product insights.
  • Support sales as a product expert / solution engineer, helping articulate value and adapt the platform to customer environments.
  • Improve and standardize onboarding processes to ensure smooth tenant setup and early customer success.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features.
  • Gather and prioritize feedback from enterprise customers, balancing short-term needs with long-term product vision.
  • Define use cases, integrations, and workflows tailored to complex enterprise environments.
  • Drive product adoption by identifying gaps in UX, flows, and overall customer experience.
  • Work closely with the UI/UX designer to continuously improve the product experience across releases.


Must have


  • 6–10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong experience working with enterprise clients (ideally banking, financial services, or regulated industries).
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing conversations, including demos, onboarding, and technical discussions.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams (pre-sales, solution engineering, or similar roles).
  • Solid understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle in cross-functional teams.


Nice to have


  • Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer tooling.
  • Exposure to digital asset infrastructure and related technologies.
  • Experience working with AI/LLMs or integrating AI-driven features into products.
  • Strong sensitivity to product design and user experience.
  • Technical background (e.g., software engineering or similar).
  • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure, or security platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement and onboarding processes.
