Graphic Designer (Digital & Marketing)
Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on producing high-quality digital and marketing assets across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, digital advertising, and in-store visuals.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator who can execute efficiently, collaborate well, and balance creativity with business needs. This role supports company-wide marketing and seasonal campaigns and plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints.
You will design visually engaging assets across multiple channels such as:
- Email campaigns, Websites and landing pages
- Social media content and digital ads
- Programmatic and vendor-supported advertising
- In-store signage and internal marketing materials
- Create, prepare, and optimize email designs for deployment through our email platform
- Support seasonal and promotional campaigns (back-to-school, holiday, etc.)
- Develop layouts and creative concepts based on briefs and business requirements
- Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Produce light animation or motion graphics (e.g., GIFs) as needed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate creative output
- High-visibility work with impact across the entire organization

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing digital-first creative (email, web, social, digital ads)
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable receiving and applying feedback in a collaborative environment
- Digital design experience (email, web, social, ads)
- Strong visual storytelling and layout skills
- Brand consistency across multiple channels
- Clean design and typography
- Business and marketing-driven design work
- Experience with Figma
- Basic motion graphics or animation (After Effects)
- Familiarity with email platforms such as Listrak
- Retail, ecommerce, or consumer brand experience
- Basic awareness of HTML (no coding required)
- Experience using AI-powered tools to improve design efficiency and production
