About the role:
Levitate is building a portfolio of consumer brands powered by creators, affiliates, and influencer-driven commerce. We are looking for a Manager of Affiliate and Influencer Marketing to own the day-to-day execution of these channels across multiple brands in our portfolio. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who knows the playbook cold, has run it at scale, and wants to apply it across more than one brand simultaneously rather than going one layer up into pure strategy.
You will report directly to the founder and work alongside the brand leads, content team, and our incoming Live Shopping Division. Your work will directly drive revenue across multiple P&Ls.
What You'll Own:
- End-to-end management of affiliate programs across multiple brands — platform selection, partner recruitment, commission structures, attribution, optimization, and payouts.
- Influencer marketing execution across tiers — from nano and micro creators running on performance terms to mid-tier and macro talent on hybrid deals. Sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and reporting.
- Building and managing a creator pipeline — vetted, briefed, and matched to the right brand at the right time.
- Performance tracking and reporting — owning the dashboards, weekly reporting, and CAC/ROAS by channel and partner.
- Coordinating with the Live Shopping Division on TikTok Shop creator partnerships, content cadence, and revenue attribution.
- Negotiating contracts, rate cards, and usage rights with creators and agencies.
- Managing tools and stack — affiliate platforms, influencer management software, attribution, contracts.
- Hiring and managing a small support team as the channel scales — coordinators, outreach specialists, and contractors.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 7 years of direct experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing for consumer brands. DTC, beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or creator-economy backgrounds preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of running affiliate and influencer programs that materially moved revenue — not just managed budgets, but generated measurable, attributable sales.
- Hands-on operator. You enjoy executing. You are not looking for a role where you hand off the doing to a team and review decks. You are the team — at least to start.
- Multi-brand fluency. Comfortable holding context for several brands simultaneously and shifting between brand voices, audiences, and economics.
- Deep network of creators, agencies, and platform contacts. You can move quickly because you already know who to call.
- Strong negotiation skills. You can structure deals that protect margin while still attracting top talent.
- Analytical fluency. Comfortable in spreadsheets, attribution data, and reporting tools. You can read a P&L and connect channel decisions to brand-level economics.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Amazon influencer programs, ShareASale, Impact, LTK, Aspire, Grin, or equivalent platforms.
- Self-directed. You manage your own calendar, ship without being chased, and flag risks early.
Bonus Points:
- Experience launching brands from zero to one with influencer-led GTM.
- Prior in-house experience at a multi-brand operator or holding company.
- TikTok Shop expertise — both affiliate program management and live shopping.
- Existing relationships with talent agencies and creator management firms.
