Join Multiverse as Director of Growth and lead international expansion strategy across Europe, identifying and entering new markets while building a systematic multi-country rollout playbook. Report to the Chief Performance Officer and work closely with various teams to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading international expansion, preferably in the Tech sector
- Strategic thinking with execution rigor
- Strong commercial instincts with ability to build business cases and P&L models
- Natural networker with ability to open doors with C-suite executives, investors, and policy makers
- Track record evaluating acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, or supporting post-merger integration
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in 0-to-1 environments
