- Take and organize Proof of Performance Images and Videos· Help coordinate photo, video, and graphic design deliverables for sponsors and internal initiatives· Conduct research on industry trends, NIL opportunities, and competitive partnership activations· Assist in project management, timelines, and partner deliverables· Contribute to sponsor presentations, recaps, and creative proposalsQualifications
- Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student at Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere.
- Working knowledge of using a camera for Photography and Videography.
- Ability to work all home football games· Ability to work ~10 hours per week in-office· Ability to work basketball games on a rotation basis· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Forward-thinking mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, adaptable, and dependable.
- Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and hit deadlines.
