We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-location consumer services organization in the Northern California market seeking a hands-on marketing leader to drive revenue-focused growth. This role is on-site, 5 days/week.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead performance marketing strategy across a distributed, multi-location network
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion-focused initiatives
- Build scalable campaigns with clear ROI and short sales cycles
- Partner cross-functionally to align marketing with sales outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong B2C marketing experience (consumer services or products)
- Proven success in direct-response / demand generation marketing
- Experience in sales-driven environments where marketing owns revenue impact
- Background with tangible products or services preferred
