Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer and content marketing specialist with a strong background in women’s fashion and lifestyle brands. In this position, you’ll blend your design skills and marketing expertise to create beautiful, effective content that strengthens our brand storytelling and drives engagement across multiple channels.

As part of our small, passionate marketing team, you’ll design on-brand assets, help develop campaign concepts, and bring fresh ideas to life that resonate with our female-focused audience.

Responsibilities:

• Design compelling, on-brand graphics for social media, email, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.
• Adapt existing creative assets into engaging new visuals for various digital platforms.
• Contribute to storytelling and visual direction for seasonal campaigns and launches.
• Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all channels.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• 2+ years working within the women’s fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality campaign or brand work.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with e-mail marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo

Salary: From $65,000 annually
