Regional Hospital and Community Liaison

We are looking for a Regional Hospital and Community Liaison who can support Marketing and Admissions Coordinators with screening referrals for our skilled nursing facilities in Minnesota. The candidate must be a self-starter, self-driven and ambitious.

Qualifications

• With more than 2 years in admissions and marketing, business development, or relevant experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.
• With proven success in census development.
• Prior Regional experience is preferred (multi-site)
• Willing to travel 80% of the time with 1 day per week in the office.

• Our Admissions Team Staff establish a presence by representing our facilities to all area hospital discharge planning teams for screening, evaluating, and recommending patients for Short Term Rehabilitation or Long-Term Care at one of our premier healthcare facilities.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Provide insights to Executive Management about appropriate strategies to grow the Census, which may include the introduction of Care Specialties, Operational Changes, etc.
• Directs all daily operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of referral initiatives.

• Insurance information, process, authorization, and portal management and training
