What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end inventory cycle and ensure optimal inventory health with the right parameters in place. You would also assist the team on the daily warehouse administration task.

  • Achieve and maintain high in-stock rates & optimize inventory placements to reduce last mile cost for designated categories/Subcategories.
  • Own and drive forecasting engine for designated considering campaign cadence and micro and macro factors.
  • Manage inventory end to end, ensure optimal inventory health by having right inventory parameters and executing exit strategies before SKU enters SLOB status.
  • Work with S&OP team for Inbound planning and capacity management across FC’s
  • Drive Automation for inventory planning


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Great people skills and ability to communicate constructive (negative) feedback.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to create strategies to improve support quality.
  • Knowledge in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL
  • Experience in business process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma a strong plus.
  • Excellent English and Arabic verbal & written skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision, take responsibility and get the task done.
  • Have good knowledge in MS office and presentation skills.
