THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant to join a growing team supporting a senior executive and a broader investment team. This individual will work collaboratively with another EA, partnering closely to ensure seamless support across the group while focusing primarily on executive and team coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex calendar management for a senior executive and support across the wider team
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Managing high-volume communication and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting investor relations efforts, including meeting coordination, materials, and follow-ups
- Assisting with team logistics, scheduling, and ad hoc project support
- Acting as a true partner to the executive, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- This role operates in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
THE CANDIDATE
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders within financial services, ideally investment management or private equity
- Must be fluent in Italian (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Prior experience supporting investor relations functions is required
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a “no task too small” attitude
- Comfortable working in a smaller, collaborative office setting
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $125K
- Discretionary Bonus
- Daily lunch stipend
- 5 days in office, with flexibility when executives are traveling
