My client, a leading organisation within the property sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to support its Finance Controller in overseeing day-to-day financial operations. This role offers broad exposure across financial tracking, cashflow management, funding coordination, and reporting, working closely with internal teams, lenders, investors, and external advisors. It presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience within real estate finance on a large-scale, high-profile development.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting core finance activities, including cash management, short-term cashflow forecasting, and budget tracking with variance analysis. Responsibilities will also extend to assisting with debt reporting and covenant monitoring, coordinating funding processes across both debt and equity, and contributing to investor reporting cycles. In addition, you will support audit and statutory requirements, ensuring documentation is maintained and deadlines are met in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with audit and relevant experience within real estate finance, project finance, or an accounting environment with exposure to real assets, alongside strong Excel and financial data management skills.
