Monx UKI and Malta | London, UK | Full-Time
Monx is one of the fastest-growing accounting firms on the planet. Built on a foundation of technology, innovation and a genuine appetite for disruption, we are redefining what a modern accounting firm looks like. With 13 offices spanning the UK, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the US, and a client base of over 900 businesses ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprises, Monx operates at the intersection of accounting, tech and international business.
We are not a traditional firm. We move fast, think globally and work with clients who are building the future. Our team thrives on complexity, whether that is cross-border tax structuring, R&D incentives, crypto compliance or international expansion, and we bring genuine expertise across all of it.
This is a senior hire and a real opportunity to be part of something with serious momentum. For the right candidate, we are open to an equity or profit-share arrangement.

• Represent Monx externally, including at industry events and through your professional network
• Contribute to the strategic and commercial direction of the UK practice
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level team members
• Work with the Managing Partner on team structure, service development and growth initiatives
What We Are Looking For
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, tax or professional advisory services
• A strong track record in business development, with an existing network or a clear ability to build one
• ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
• Experience working with startups, high-growth or international businesses (preferred)
• Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions and engaging with an international client base
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently at senior levels
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in being part of building something
What We Offer
• A competitive compensation package commensurate with experience
• Equity or profit-share available for the right candidate
• A senior leadership role with real autonomy and influence
• The opportunity to work across a 13-office global network and engage with clients in multiple jurisdictions
• A fast-moving, technology-focused environment at the cutting edge of modern accounting
