What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Hourly rate plus a minimum 18% gratuity.

• Service Excellence: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages across the Grille Room, Member’s Patio, Pool, Halfway House, Bocce courts, and various banquet events.
• Member Engagement: Anticipate members' needs, respond promptly, and interact with guests and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and restock liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies across multiple service areas.
• Order Accuracy: Take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system for timely delivery.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong working knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers (including drafts and bottles).
• Operational Standards: Complete all opening, running, and closing side work while maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized service area.

Legal Age: Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.

Experience: Prior bartending experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right personality!

Availability: Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
