What You'll Do

  • Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
  • Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and clinical leadership
  • Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or machine learning workflows
  • Background in population health, value-based care, or clinical quality measurement
  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms

Why Join Us

  • Fully remote and flexible — structure your hours around your life
  • Freelance autonomy with the depth and impact of meaningful, high-stakes work
