THE WORK
- This position provides financial analysis and support to a major program within the F-35 Development segment at Lockheed Martin RMS (Rotary and Mission Systems).
- The role is responsible for the Earned Value Management as well as various ad-hoc financial analyses and will work closely with other functions on the team such as Program Management, CAMs (Control Account Managers), and Planning.
- This role requires the ability to clearly present financial status to wide audiences and communicate financial metrics in a clear and confident manner.
- Other aspects of the job include establishing budget baselines, ensuring realistic EACs (Estimates at Complete) and ETCs (Estimates to Complete), tracking and communicating funding status, tracking any changes to the budget baseline, creating any required monthly reporting, and in general, providing supportive financial guidance to other team members on the program.
- This role is most successful with someone who can combine analytical skills with the ability to successfully partner with and explain financial concepts to their Program Management, Control Account Managers (CAMs) and planning team members.
- This role also provides guidance and knowledge-sharing to junior finance team members.
- US Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills
- Experience establishing budgets and managing cost baselines
- EVMS Expert level
- Experience developing IPMRs and/or IPMDARs
- Familiarity with LM Systems (Hyperion, Cobra, SAP, Open Plan, Winsight)

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
