🎯 The RoleWe’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive HR Specialist & Office Manager to support both our team and daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and can run the office with minimal oversight.
🧾 What You’ll Do👥 HR & Team Support
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees
- Track and ensure employee attendance and punctuality
- Help maintain a positive, organized work environment
- Coordinate birthdays and team events
- Keep the office organized, clean, and efficient
- Ensure everything is stored properly and easy to access
- Manage and restock kitchen and office supplies
- Manage incoming mail and product samples
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries
- Handle front desk and visitors
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and takes ownership
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable balancing people + operations responsibilities
- Experience in HR, office management, or operations preferred
