What do we expect from you?
The CS Administrator is responsible for managing Client Services administration for the boutique and coordinating repair flows with workshops. He/She supports Sales Associates to provide an exceptional client experience and act as a key point of contact for all client service follow-up. The CS administrator also contributes to the smooth running of boutique operations and supports the jeweler with both client-facing and back-office activities, combining agility, precision and service excellence.
A key position in the organization of the boutique, the CS Administrator will have 4 main missions:
- Client Services as the main pillar
- Client Experience and in-store journey in collaboration with Sales Associates and Boutique Management
- Operations as one of the three members of the Boutique Operations teams to drive operational excellence and
- Maison Identity & expertise in line with all Maison boutique team members
