About the role

In an increasingly complex regulatory environment, our clients rely on us to provide clarity, expertise, and high‑quality advisory support. As part of our Regulatory Reporting team, you will work closely with leading Swiss banks to ensure the accuracy, consistency and compliance of their regulatory submissions, while helping them navigate evolving supervisory expectations. You will contribute to impactful client engagements, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and play an active role in shaping robust reporting frameworks across the Swiss financial sector. Your Key Tasks

  • Support our banking clients in preparing their FINMA/SNB regulatory reports
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and compliance of reported data
  • Assist clients in responding to new regulatory developments (analysis of requirements, assessment of impacts, organisational or technical adaptations, support in implementing IT solutions)
  • Contribute to advisory assignments involving regulatory finance and reporting processes
  • Collaborate closely with client teams across Finance, Risk, and IT, as well as with our internal consulting teams
  • Travel within Switzerland for assignments, workshops, and client meetings

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed Master’s degree from a top-tier university in business, finance, economics or a related field
  • Experience in regulatory banking reporting (FINMA / SNB) and/or banking accounting
  • Excellent understanding of the Swiss banking sector and its regulatory framework
  • Experience in EBA or local European reporting is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Fire, Mercury or OneSumX is an asset
  • Knowledge of Core Banking Transact or Avaloq is an advantage
  • Meticulous working style, strong independence, customer focus and excellent analytical skills
  • Fluency in French and English; German is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and a strong desire to grow as a consultant
