Sanford Rose Associates | JFSPartners is currently partnering with a respected enterprise organization to identify a Senior Programmer Analyst focused on CRM platforms, customer data systems, and marketing technology solutions. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting applications that enhance customer engagement, analytics, and enterprise data capabilities.
We are seeking a strong technologist who enjoys working across software development, data, integrations, and business-facing initiatives while helping drive modern enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise CRM and customer data applications
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solution designs
- Build and configure new features, integrations, and workflows across CRM and marketing systems
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code while adhering to SDLC and architecture standards
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, code reviews, and production support
- Develop SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and operational support
- Support analytics initiatives including customer segmentation, lifecycle reporting, and campaign measurement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams throughout project lifecycles
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and system improvement
- Provide accurate estimates, progress updates, and issue resolution support
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Programmer Analyst / Software Development experience
- Experience with modern technologies such as .NET, C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar tools
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience building and supporting enterprise applications or complex systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, and technical design best practices
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM, customer data, or marketing technology platforms
- Exposure to tools such as Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Customer Insights, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, or Alteryx
- Experience with APIs, integrations, ETL pipelines, or event-driven environments
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Background supporting consumer-facing, retail, restaurant, or hospitality organizations
